Prostorno-programsko re\u0161enje putni\u010dkog terminala regionalnog aerodroma \u010cenej predstavlja jedan poku\u0161aj da se od te prakse odstupi i, umesto nje, predlo\u017ei re\u0161enje za koje autori smatraju da nudi vi\u0161i stepen dru\u0161tvene i kulturne odr\u017eivosti. Upotrebljena je metodologija arhitektonskog projektovanja koja jednovremeno uklju\u010duje veliki broj egzaktnih tehni\u010dkih i prostornih parametara kojima je definisana kompleksna arhitektonska funkcija, ali i \u010ditav niz apstraktnih arhitektonskih parametara koji odre\u0111uju identitet, zna\u010denje i percepciju mesta. Prepoznati kao nosioci identiteta mesta, drvoredi su zadr\u017eani odnosno reprodukovani i integrisani u enterijer. Predlo\u017eeni kompleks pristani\u0161ne zgrade aerodroma \u010cenej sastoji se iz tri objekta: dolaznog i odlaznog terminala i upravne zgrade sa kontrolnim tornjem. Forma pojedina\u010dnih objekata proizilazi iz arhitektonske funkcije, a fizi\u010dka odvojenost terminala iz dihotomije osnovnih funkcionalnih procesa. Enterijeri oba terminala integri\u0161u se sa pejza\u017eem, otvaraju\u0107i vizure ka pisti (odlasci) ili javnom prostoru spolja (dolasci).<\/p>\n<p>(Aerodrom \u201c\u010cenej\u201d trenutno, prema Generalnom master planu saobra\u0107aja u Srbiji, pripada tercijalnoj mre\u017ei aerodroma (aerodromi od lokalnog zna\u010daja). Tako\u0111e, izgradnjom savremenog a kompaktnog putni\u010dkog terminala, stvorili bi se povoljni uslovi za razvoj low-cost saobra\u0107aja koji je u na\u0161oj zemlji i dalje, \u010dini se, nedovoljno razvijen. S tim u vezi, blizina Beograda mo\u017ee da se posmatra kao povoljnost, a ne kao problem. )<\/p>\n<p>Idejno arhitektonsko-urbanisti\u010dko re\u0161enje predvi\u0111a izgradnju nove pristani\u0161ne zgrade koja bi zadovoljila zahteve transformacije aerodroma \u201c\u010cenej\u201d u komercijalni me\u0111unarodni aerodrom. Re\u0161enje je tako koncipirano da ostavlja mogu\u0107nost daljeg razvoja i pro\u0161irenja. Prostorna organizacija svakog objekta prati tehni\u010dku proceduru i linije kretanja putnika, \u010dime je postignut visok stepen fleksibilnosti i dobra iskori\u0161\u0107enost prostora. Re\u0161enje pristani\u0161ne zgrade predvi\u0111a istovremeno opslu\u017eivanje do \u010detiri leta.
